Cloud Cakes — Restaurant in Paris

The cakes 🍰 are so beautiful to look at. I took a lemon 🍋 berry muffin. I tasted the cream part it was a sugar and lemon explosion 💥 in my mouth 👄 my friend liked it but I didn’t (it was too lemony for me ) if you are American don’t go for it (Just my tip). My friend said that in Europe when you have a lemon dessert it is normally very powerful. So.. I guess it’s just a matter of taste but lemon pie 🥧 hardly tastes sour at Waffle House for example. It is creamy...I didn’t find anything creamy in my muffin I’m sad because I always finish my 🍮. Can you alter the recipe and make a tasting and ask people if they like it or not. People are usually honest.

You ask for cappuccino .. it was very small (the size of 3 espressos but very strong and they don’t bring u sugar. the tables are glued together so uh.. The female server said I have to get it (I was speechless) like what ? I’m puzzled 😕)instead of her walking 🚶‍♀️ 1 meter in the 30 or 40 m2 room to get me sugar ? I can’t easily get out to get sugar. 🚷🚸 I need to bother 5 persons because of sugar. It’s a wonderful way to get rid of customers so maybe the person needs to change. I mean the clients are mostly international, you can’t treat them like that...

What I like is that they r bilingual and it is an nice atmosphere..I like to see more servers who provide a healthy customer service. The owner is 💯super nice « très sympathique » 👍🏼 I’m sure with some training the female server can become a great server.

I used to love this place but after a poor experience I will think twice before coming back. The cupcakes & coffee are great but the customer service and management is far from professional. DO NOT PRE ORDER from this place. I placed an order for 80 mini cupcakes for my engagement party in June. I choose to pick up the order from the shop. Upon my arrival there was a line to the door - I asked the manager if I could just pick up my order to which he told me to wait in line...20 minutes later I arrived at the register. To my unpleasent surprise my order did not have my name on it !! So they were confused and couldn't find my order amongst the others. I was then given one box and sent on my way...with a lot of doubt I cheked my order and in fact was given 28 of the 80 mini cupcakes ordered. After returning to the shop (waisting more time) I asked to pick up the remaining part of my order. I was treated with disrespect - the manager got angry with me and threatened to call the police as I wanted a refund for a part of my order because the cupcakes were tipped over and poorly put in the box (see photo). In the end they replacd 28 wasted mini cupcakes by 8 classic sized cupcakes. In the end I presented sloopy cupcakes of various sizes to my guests! What a shame this experience.
