Today I had my hair dyed (ombre highlight), as always, I'm very happy with the result, unfortunately I don't know the name of the hair dresser who did my hair, but everyone who works here are professional and every client has left with a big smile on her face. Thank you guys, I'll be back for more brilliant services.

Today was my second appointment at L'Atelier du 8. This time I tried the botox capillair because my hair was a bit brittle. I definitely recommend it. It made my hair soft, shiny and stronger. Super happy with this experience, and as usual very clean place and towels, and the stuff is welcoming and friendly. 23 Oct 2018:

After I complained about an unexpected issue, I immediately recieved a call from the salon (Mr Noor). They sincerely apologized and offered me a refund for my keratin treatment with free unlimited treatments for my hair until it becomes healthy and strong. I went back to the Champs-Élysées branch, and for my convenience, one of their professional hairdressers who speaks good English was sent from the other branch so I can communicate with her easily (I don't speak French language). Long story short, the treatment was amazing, my hair returns strong and healthy, no more dramatic hair fall, also they offered me free organic shampoo and mask to keep my hair soft and shiny. Mr Noor called me back few days after to offer me a second treatment and to make sure that my hair has benefited from the treatment. All in all, I think it has been a very successful experience with Latelierdu8, and I'm satisfied with their fidelity towards their customers. I had the most wonderful time while i did my Keratine with LEA.

The keratine can be a very unpleasant process but she did a very good job, very calm and professional during the whole process!

I went back to do my color last Saturday and i made a mistake on my appointment but i was lucky enough there was a lady named Jasmine who helped me fixing the problem. She was patient, she made few calls and found a solution.

I did my hair color with a lovely Gentleman named Ahmed.

He listened to me and found the best solution for my hair, mostly for the parts of my hair that i didn't liked.

I loved the experience! I felt so good and positive afterward.

J’ai eu l’immense plaisir de réaliser un lissage parfait avec Raphaël dans un salon magnifique situé sur les Champs-Élysées. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueillie avec chaleur et bienveillance, dans un cadre luxueux qui inspire le bien-être et la détente. L’expérience a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin, à la hauteur de ce lieu prestigieux.

Raphaël s’est montré extrêmement professionnel, souriant, attentif et serviable tout au long de ma visite. Dès les premiers échanges, j’ai senti qu’il maîtrisait parfaitement son métier et qu’il plaçait le confort de ses clients au cœur de ses priorités. Non seulement il a su me mettre à l’aise immédiatement, mais il a également proposé des petites attentions qui font toute la différence : café, boissons, et des échanges réguliers pour s’assurer que tout se passait au mieux. À chaque étape du lissage, Raphaël a pris le temps de m’expliquer ce qu’il faisait, tout en me demandant si j’avais besoin de quelque chose.

Le résultat final est juste incroyable. Mon lissage est impeccable : mes cheveux sont parfaitement lisses, soyeux, brillants, et le résultat dépasse toutes mes attentes. Raphaël a réussi à fais ce lissage avec une technique irréprochable, tout en réduisant le volume exactement comme je le souhaitais. Il est clair que son savoir-faire est à la hauteur de l’excellence qu’on attend dans un salon de ce standing.

Au-delà de son professionnalisme indéniable, Raphaël a une véritable passion pour son métier, et cela se ressent. Il sait écouter ses clients, comprendre leurs besoins et offrir une prestation personnalisée dans la plus grande attention. Grâce à lui, mon expérience a été un moment de détente absolue, dans une atmosphère conviviale et élégante.
