Le Pavillon Elysée Té — Local services in Paris

While out doing the tourist thing on the Champs-Elysées, one can work up an appetite (or thirst). Le Pavillon Élysée popped up at just the right time, as the skies opened and an impromptu rain shower started to fall.

We were seated in the pavillion room and ordered some glasses of rosé to wait out the shower. Some homemade savory crackers were placed at our table and I have to say that they were an absolutely delicious treat. Had we been hungry I'm sure we would have been the recipients of a very nice meal.

Definitely curious to see what else these folks can turn out and would likely return for lunch on a future...

We were on a limited time tour on June 1st and had to ask for fast service. The waitress was so very kind and accomodating. We received our order quickly, and in spite of the rush, the presentation was beautiful and the food excellent. Our only regret was that was had to hurry. We would have loved to have spent more time enjoying a lovey lunch, sipping wine in the garden of Lenotre. We highly recommend this restaurant, please do not miss it.
