Before going i looked at the reviews and i was really scared to be disappointed in so many ways. BUT i don’t have anything negative to because i had the best and most friendliest experience!!! We arrived and had to wait in line , where a sales associate came to ask what we wanted to buy or if we were looking for something, to guarantee us that it was in store and not sold out! Than she kindly told us that the waiting time would be around 45-50 minutes which i expected since they can’t let in too many people, which gives you a nicer experience when entering the store!!! After the wait we entered the store and we were immediately in contact with a sales associate who brought out what i was looking for and he let me try it on!! There are two dressing rooms!!! We looked around the store and it is beautiful, very minimalistic but so pretty! No the popcorn machines was working that day BUT if you kindly ask to get popcorn IF you buy something you will definitely get some (from my experience) !! I asked the seller for the aforementioned hat model, the seller came down to get it from the warehouse and showed me the hat and I saw that it was the same model that I asked for and I purchased the hat, the hat was wrapped in a small cloth bag, the cashier was forced to put the hat into a really small cloth bag while disrespecting your quality product and giving the Respect for the work that went into the above model, I arrived today with a gift for my wife and to my surprise when I opened the package I saw the hat that had already been worn and it had makeup marks on it, I was really disappointed, I would have expected from a quality brand like you to see the makeup stains on the hat! Or at least clean the hat before selling it to the next customer, and moreover I would have expected such a hat not to go on sale at all after they must have worn it before, the result of the disdain and unprofessionalism of the two representatives of the store made me disappointed with the service.
