Lisphoto Montorgueil — Local services in Paris

Friendly suggestion to those who plan to develop their films in Paris - never ever try LisPhoto - you will end up with scratched film and missing frames. If I could, I would give zero stars as review.

Few days ago I decided to try this place, because my prefered Kodak Express recently shut down and now I deeply regret that. I asked explicitly for film development only - no photos, no scanning, nothing (preferably not even cutting the film like at Kodak Express), but I received my film cut, stuffed in frames, scratched, with index photo and missing last 4 frames of film. As I could never imagine that they could simply not give me back all my film, I realized that something is missing only when I got back home and shop was shut.

On the next day I got back and tried to explain girl that they have forgot to add my last 4 frames (even index scan ends at 32nd photo). At first she was denying it, saying that it is impossible. When I told her that I got only 32 frames, she said that maybe my film had only 32 frames. When I denied that by saying that I can retell exactly what I took in those last 4 frames, she tried to tell that maybe I have bad quality film. When I told that it was Fuji (the same brand what they are using), she canceled that idea. Then she said that machine is cutting film and it gave no errors so film can't be in machine. As I kept begging her to check the machine because film can't just magically disappear, she wrote down my number and promised to call if she finds something. As I haven't got any call for few days, it is clear that it was just a polite way to get me away from there. Je me suis rendue ce jour au labo de montorgueil à 18h54. Je voulais faire des photos d’identité pour ma fille de 20 mois, j’avais bien aimé les premières que j’avais faites à ses 4 mois pour sa pièce d’identité et son passeport. J’ai été accueillie par deux personnes, un jeune homme très sympathique et une jeune femme châtain cheveux courts avec des lunettes fort désagréable qui s’adressait à moi sans même me regarder ! Pas de bonjour! Parle dans sa barbe ! Très irrespectueuse ! En me disant il reste 5 minutes on va pas pouvoir faire les photos. Son collègue beaucoup plus chaleureux m’a laissé le temps de réveiller ma fille de l’installer et à 19h la photo était prise et payée.
