Mirage Paris — Local services in Paris

1 star because I couldn't give 0. I was on the guestlist of the main dj and when I arrived, the bodyguards rudely moked me saying thing like "Everybody tells they're on the list"; only after I showed them the chats with the artist to prove it, they started saying that the guestlist was closed (I underline that nowhere is specified a dealine for the guestlist; website, shotgun app, instagram flyers exc.). Spoiler: it was just a way to steal my money as they obliged me to pay the entrance (I know it because other people entered with the list way later than me); €40 without drink which is mad comparing the price to the super small place and the services. Inside the waiters just continously push you to bring cocktails to the tables. No comment for the terrible clientela. Lightsystem doesn't exist and the soundsystem is simply ridiculous. One of the worst """""club""""" experiences I've had....

Once again with that kind of club, I see a lot of people complaining against the doorman and the entry conditions. Indeed, Mirage is selective and requires to have a specific vibe to be accepted. Don't try to go in with your Balibaris jacket or your Sezane dress, you will loose 30euros (average price of the ticket bought on Shotgun) plus the price of the item (fyi they do not accept the items which belong to "au charme français" range neither on Vinted nor at Emmaus anymore). Excepted it, amazing sound, good vibes, cool staff, beautiful customers, just an issue with people smoking everywhere excepting in the smoking area, I feel like I was in Marco Verratti's alias the tourniquet living room (it could be a 4.5 because of it).

If you don’t speak fluent French don’t bother coming here. After reading horrible reviews about the bouncers being very selective on who they choose to let in, I dressed the part (also Fashion Week) and spoke to them in French, until I said “yes” when they asked me if it was just me. They immediately told me they can’t let me in. I asked them why and they told me it’s Fashion Week. I told them I already bought tickets and they told me to get a refund online. It was a black bouncer taking orders from some gangster looking Middle Eastern dude.
