I never leave negative reviews, but this time, it was just too much… I walked into the store and not a single staff member bothered to greet me or offer any help. I was honestly surprised, so I watched for a bit, but it wasn’t just me. Every customer was being completely ignored in the same way.
The employees? Huddled together, laughing loudly, chatting about TikTok, and flirting with each other. It genuinely felt like I’d walked into a high school recess, not an ON store. I seriously wondered if they were last-minute temp hires (at that level of carelessness, it’s one of the only explanations that makes sense).
There was zero professionalism, no sense of customer service, not even basic courtesy. It’s shocking how completely this contradicts the image the brand tries to project especially through someone like Roger Federer, who stands for elegance, discipline, and excellence. What I experienced was the exact opposite.

Read moreI visited the store with my family during a busy afternoon in the midst of the Olympic rush. I was promptly greeted by Laura Marina who saw me looking at a certain shoe that I was convinced I wanted to get. She happily found my size to let me try on, as well as brought me 3 other styles she thought I would like. She was so friendly and extremely patient with me (as well as my 5 year old son who was pretending to be a dinosaur while I tried on shoes). She engaged me in pleasant conversation and educated me about the different styles of shoes and their purposes. I ended up buying a different pair of shoes than I originally had in mind and I intend to come back for another pair (that Laura Marina wrote down the style name for me before I left). Thank you for a...
Read moreHello, I had a bad experience at this branch, especially with Mr. Antonin Deller. My son and I purchased two sneakers from this branch on July 29, 2024. We paid 360 euros for the sneakers. While we were in the store, we were informed that the purchase had been canceled and asked to repay. We paid again, and both amounts were deducted from my account using a Visa card. Therefore, according to the agreement reached between me and Mr. Anthony, if the deduction was confirmed the first time, Mr. Antonin Deller would contact me to return the erroneously deducted amount of 360 euros to my account, as the deduction had already been approved during the first purchase. Unfortunately, the amount has not yet been refunded, despite my contacting Mr. Anthony...
