The concept is nice, but the service is terrible. The first red flag was the fact that even though we were going to eat in, the blonde guy that was in the cashier did not give us neither a tray nor enough cutlery for the group. We asked for more and he said that he couldn't give it to us because we had already payed and it costed 20 cents (we could ofc just pay the 20 cents as we did after other client checked out). He scanned our green passes and we proceeded to warm up our food in the microwaves. Meanwhile, another guy that works there came to the area of the microwaves and spoke directly to another client that was standing there. We didn't understand what he said and it looked like he wasn't talking to us since he didn't even looked at us. When we were already eating, the blonde guy came to us and very aggressively said that we had to leave because they were closing and his colleague had already said that to us. At that point we were a little frustrated, but we said ok. However, we still had a meal in the microwave that was half frozen, so we waited to it to cook (we were not going to just throw it out). As we were checking if the meal was ready, the blonde guy came again and repeatedly told us in a very rude manner to eat outside. Aujourd'hui vers 17h30 je suis venu acheter quelques produits dans votre magasin. Lors de mon passage en caisse, le caissier (un jeune homme de vingt ans) a exigé que je lui montre le contenu de mon sac congélation. Devant mon refus, il a quitté sa caisse et s'est précipité vers mon sac pour l'ouvrir sans mon consentement. Comme je me suis interposé, il a alors appelé une collègue à la rescousse (regardez les images vidéo, elles sont édifiantes). Heureusement, cette dernière lui a rappelé mon droit de refuser et lui a demandé d'encaisser mes achats. Ce jeune homme n'en est pas resté là pour autant et a justifié sa démarche en invoquant le règlement intérieur du magasin et son obligation de l'appliquer. Je vous rappelle toutefois que le règlement de votre magasin ne saurait se substituer à la loi, loi garante de nos libertés individuelles. Si je refuse d'ouvrir mon sac, vous pouvez toujours appeler un officier de police judiciaire habilité à effectuer ce genre de contrôle visuel, au risque que je me retourne contre vous si aucune infraction n'a été constatée. À l'avenir, sans doute devriez-vous améliorer votre système de sécurité et mieux former votre personnel pour éviter qu'une telle mésaventure ne se reproduise, ce ne fut...
