I was going to get on the bus and go to my destination. However, the bus time was very delayed, so I couldn't get on. So I went to the nearest Pont Neuf station. Station de métro de la ligne 7 située à côté Pont-Neuf qui lui donne son nom, et devant la Samaritaine dont l'accès par le sous-sol semble désormais condamné malgré la réouverture en grandes pompes du grand magasin

Dommage car cet accès était bien pratique et évitait de devoir gravir un escalier de plus pour les clients ou simples visiteurs âgés, handicapés, munis de poussettes ou de valises (sont-elles admises à l'intérieur du magasin ?), la station n'étant accessible que par escaliers, que ce soit depuis et vers la surface et vers et depuis les quais ...

Quais reconnaissables depuis le métro par le nom de la station écrit en gros caractères carrelés et la décoration (également en carrelage) sur le thème des pièces de monnaie, en référence à la Monnaie de Paris située de l'autre côté de la Seine, près de Saint-Michel, et qui lui donnent cachet et âme. Espérons qu'ils seront conservés ou reproduits fidèlement lors de rénovations...
