Perfect Parisian pause. Here on a business trip and arrived over the weekend to overcome the jet lag. After wandering through Paris for over four hours, soaking in the city’s timeless charm, I found myself in search of a place to rest, refresh, and enjoy a leisurely lunch. Tucked away at the top of La Samaritane, Voyage turned out to be exactly what I needed.
As I stepped into the restaurant, the setting captivated me. The sky roof above, arched and filled with light, created an airy, dreamlike atmosphere. Surrounded by artfully arranged flowers and refined décor.
Dining alone, I found the space welcoming and peaceful. I started with a large bottle of sparkling water and a beautifully crafted cocktail, both of which set the tone for a relaxing break. For lunch, I chose a croque monsieur—a classic ham and cheese sandwich, perfect—with a simple side salad. Everything was fresh, and elegantly presented.
The service was lovely—attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely warm (though what every says about Paris. I find most people delightful). It was the ideal way to escape the heat outside while still feeling connected to the heart of Paris. Read moreHorrible. If i could give a minus 10, I would. I dont often give reviews but this restaurant should be shut down. They are not cooking anything fresh. Served cold & moldy food. When i brought it to their attention instead of redoing the salad... chicken was thrown in the microwave... moldy cheeze ( i know cheese comes with mold but this was beyond that...excessive which speak to it being old and not refrigerated correctly...) instead of replacing with fresh cheese they chopped up the original slivers of moldy cheeze... Shame on them.. Be careful here... Maybe good for a drink(dont order food here)...There is no "Cuisine Art Experience"...
