We are here for Louis Vuitton because of the quality of leather goods and design, and of course the professional service by staff.
However, NO ONE will come to Louis Vuitton to get insulted by a doorman. The staff definitely discriminate asian!!!! Please retrain your staff or here will be the last choice for anyone who need the goods.
All the experience here was terrible and so unprofessional!!!! We came here with an appointment but the doorman was like “ Can’t you understand me? You just walked away”
First of all, we had an appointment, we’ve agree to wait for the sales for her lunch at three, we totally understood we have to wait her for what you said was 20 minutes. WE WAITED for 30 minutes and tried to make sure the time she is coming back when we’ve waited for 30 minutes in front of the store with only 5 steps away from the staff, the doorman.
What kind of staff will ask a customer who had an appointment for one simple cardholder to line up after they had already waiting for 30 minutes????? And even use a strong sentences to question our understanding????
If we are going to buy anything more than a card holder, we should line up. But we’ve already made an appointment and even waited in front of the store for 30 minutes. Is it really that hard to ask your customer with appointment to have a sit or have a drink in that moment? I tried to buy a passport holder with LV building illustration to celebrate my mom’s 60’s birthday in Paris. Is it really that necessary to have this bad attitude to a person who are trying to communicate?????
I love all my trips in Paris since all the French I met here are wonderful trigger me visit Paris again. But this store, this Louis Vuitton in Samaritaine???? Has the worst service in Paris.

Read moreIn my photos, these are 2 different locations but across from each other. I had no idea I waited in line for the LV Cafe (and whatever else is inside). I was getting a pair of shoes and had to walk across the way. Luckily, I was waiting for it to open and not in the 45min+ line in the afternoon.
This LV location was the ONLY one that had my size in the trainers I wanted (a half size, which is rare to find....it was meant to be). I fell in love with these shoes at the Saint Germain location. They were a gift to myself for my 45th birthday 🤩
I was greeted by THE kindest young gentleman named Max. I truly enjoyed having a conversation about various things with him. I was very impressed with him. He helped me purchase my shoes, explained the VAT tax, and what to do at the airport. I really hope to see Max again in my future visit. I'll go back to just say hi to him. Merci Beaucoup Max!!! You're a 10 out of 10...
Read moreI brought in a belt to be repaired they said it would take a week and it took a month which is fine but then they boxed the belt. The sales associate never told me what the repairs were and then I found out they didn’t actually replace the buckle. Even though they told me they were going to. They only buffed it and the scratches are still not out. I was very sick and had to come pick up the belt when I was not feeling well because I was flying out the next day and I had to bring the belt with me and come to find out they didn’t actually fix it. I paid €100 for basically no reason. I was told the buckle would be replaced and they did not replace the buckle. I want a refund because there were still tons of scratches on the buckle.
It just seems like amateur hour every time I come shopping here. All the employees are just standing around talking...
