Roche Bobois — Local services in Paris

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Patrice Guitton at the Boulevard de Sebastopol Roche Bobois store in Paris, first by email and then in-person, continuously over the course of a month while trying to select several furniture pieces for our home. The store itself is highly impressive, with the extensive collection spanning three different floors. Patrice is a highly experienced interior designer who helped guide the entire process while being extremely creative and patient with our constantly changing preferences. Patrice's knowledge of the Roche Bobois collection and of the different customization options available, including various fabric choices, is unsurpassed and was truly critical to getting the order finalized exactly to our liking. In the end, Patrice's suggestions proved to be the key to satisfying both my wife and me with regard to color schemes and fabrics -- not an easy task... :-) I can sincerely recommend a visit to the Boulevard de Sebastopol Roche Bobois store and, more specifically, an interaction with Patrice Guitton to address your furniture and/or interior...

Visité le 26 septembre 2023 Très mauvaise expérience client. Accueil pathétique... Cela vous intéresse, les clients ? Magasin mal rangé, rien n'est mis en valeur. Le magasin est mal rangé. Je n'en suis pas revenue. Moi qui ai l'image de Roche-Bobois plutôt dans l'air du temps, je trouvais que rien n'était mis en valeur. Je suis allée à l'étage et ai dit bonjour à 2 hommes ... qui ne m'ont pas répondu. L'un pianotait sur son ordinateur, installé sur un magnifique bureau. Je regardais le bureau en disant qu'il était très beau. Je cherchais le prix. Il n'a pas bougé. 2 tasses à café étaient posées sur un petit plateau qui cachait le prix ... Vous pensez qu'il aurait bougé le plateau ? Non... C'est moi qui ai dû le faire. Je suis scandalisée d'un tel manque d'égard vis-à-vis des clients. Une seule personne à l'étage, une femme, m'a demandé si j'avais besoin de quelque chose... mais elle n'a pas pris soin de m'écrire les références des chaises qui m'intéressaient, j'ai dû prendre une photo de ce qu'elle avait à l'écran.

En tous cas, ce n'est pas là que j'irai. Juste pour info à ce magasin : j'ai tout un appartement à meubler en janvier 2024, ce n'est pas chez vous que j'irai. Allez faire un tour chez vos voisins de Ligne Roset : accueil formidable. Allez faire un tour chez vos voisins de Bolia. Leur magasin est magnifique et leur accueil chaleureux et au top. En sortant, j'ai dit à la jeune femme qui était en bas et qui était très gentille : "Vous pouvez dire à vos collègues qu'ils pourraient au moins répondre lorsque l'on dit 'bonjour' ? Vous n'y êtes pour rien, vous-même êtes très aimable". Je suis tellement outrée que je vais prévenir la maison-mère de...

Great furniture quality at a good price in sales. There are some offers that you cannot miss. For foreigners, the staff helps you with shipping abroad and shipping cost calculation. It's big, but the only thing that I don't like is the distribution of the showroom, sometimes you have to go up and down the stairs or even get outside to get to another location inside the gallery. It's wired...
