Serious problems with quality in many areas.
First I ordered delivery. The apples used in their beverage taste old and stale. The one with lemon is very good. The meat for the burgers is chewy with hard gristly pieces. I could not finish it.
Somehow they prepare a flan that is simply divine so I gave this place another try in person and ordered chicken. Overall I'm disappointed and disgusted and will never eat here again.
None of the tables in the restaurant were clean but had little paper signs on then saying they had been cleaned. You can see where they prepare the food and how poorly they keep the area and handle the food.
I bit into the chicken sandwich and the bread tasted old and expired. With what I saw I thought for sure they would serve old bread. I removed the bread and tasted the chicken which was nicely marinated but poorly prepared with burnt skin. The fries were nasty and soggy this time. I just threw the food away.
I left thinking of how angry I would be to own a restaurant that performed this way. I wish I could go back for the flan because it tastes perfect. But no since the restaurant it comes from is not kept clean and is not concerned...
Read moreWay overpriced for the quality of the burgers (and fries). I ordered Big Fernand - The bun was drier than Sahara, and combined with the disproportional size of the bun next to extra small, thin patty and the general lack of taste I left half of the burger uneaten. Fries taste like they were fried 3 days ago, and the spice that is sprinkled all over doesnât help at all.
When compared to Blend where for a lesser price you get a way tastier burger with better quality meat and freshly fried fries you feel...
