A perfect gem in the middle of everything. We stayed there for a whole week and we had 2 bedrooms. We got there in the morning and our room wasn’t ready yet . We were offered tea and champagne. We were able to change into comfy clothes . Saskia at the front desk was so wonderful gave us all the information about places to see and great restaurants. Our rooms were cleaned and fridge restocked everyday and my hard to please teenagers are still talking about how much they loved their room. We had little surprises here and there; a champagne and whine for me and my husband after a long day of being a tourist with a beautiful message was so delightful. The little notes by the bed every evening were so sweet… It’s a real hidden gem and I kind wanted to keep this to myself but I want everyone to enjoy it as much as our family did. To have Jardin des tuileries in 5 seconds walk was a joy. We spent every evening walking and enjoying ice cream and champagne . I also appreciated that they offered airport transfer service. We loved having a chauffeur waiting when we arrived and took us to back after our stay. The location made it easy to get to anywhere either walking ,bus or metro down the street . We can’t wait to go back. Skip the big chain hotels folks. Ooh and they have Air conditioning. It was perfect. Everyone was very kind and professional and many thanks to Madame Chantal for taking care of our rooms daily. Merci tout le monde et à...
Read morebeautiful hotel in the perfect neighborhood if you are staying only for few days in paris. approximate distance to shopping and most of important landmarks. the breakfast is simple but sufficient enough and tastes pretty good. interior finishing and furnishing also very stylish.
Disliked · i had a theft case the day before the check out. we had all our belongs laid all around the suite and packing up the night before check out. we realized a shopping back with a new shoes box was missing. we called the concierge and the night shift person came up. investigated everything and checked the location of the camera installed right in front of the room door and assured us that they will be able to check every coming and going of the room. after 30min or so, he came back with the shopping bag and the explanation rather did not make sense. the person who refreshed the coffee bar which needed no refill at all since we don’t drink coffee came in and thought that we had already check out and thought the bag was an empty bag. check out?? when all our belongs literally laid every where in the room and empty bag?? even a kid can tell the difference between the weight of an empty shopping bag and bag with a shoe box in it. the hotel was very pleasant and we definite made it our designated hotel when visiting Paris before this incident. after all it was very unpleasant experience even though we were able to get...

Just like in real estate, in the hospitality industry, everything is about location location location. Maison Armance has a location that is nothing short of enviable, hidden as it is in the upper floors of a beautifully maintained Parisian building next to Jardin des Tuileries, in the very same street as iconic Maison Chanel.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, well furnished and decorated, the bedroom (very very quiet #36) was comfortable with a big bed and consequently very (too) little room to go from the entrance to the bathroom which was very well equipped with a fantastic shower and great amenities.
You reach floor 6 with a (small) lift (2 people and 2 suitcases) to check-in and be directed to your room which will be one two or three floors below; so maybe an opportunity to send someone down to pick suitcases and save the hassle...
The personnel we met was very welcoming and helpful (with a particular mention for Eleonora and Julien).
The feeling is a bit like having your apartment right in the centre of Paris, service is swift and completely noninvasive.
This is not our first visit to a hotel from this confidential series Esprit de France, and certainly not our...
