Good morning everyone After pandemic i traveled again to dresden and cafe ALEX was next to my hotel room and i decided to have some meal and breakfast there About food They have some food really nice and yummy as vegan or meat as your wish I tried there almost 4-5 different food As hamburger 🍔 sald with chicken 🐓 was really good Just one think make me really surprised price of steak in their menu is really expensive as weight and kind of part rind 🥩 And rest is really fare and good price About breakfast I tried break fast for 4-5 time in 5 different ALEX cafe in different corner of Germany To me and my opinion if you guy travel and wanna have nice breakfast and fare price ALEX cafe is great and intelligent 🤓 choice cuz every hotel wanna charge for almost 17-20€ for each person with very less that choice and not much good quality cafe (almost they have very normal cafe automat) and breakfast time in hotel is almost between 6:30-10:00 am But in alex can have breakfast from 8:00 till 12:00 and price is 11€ for esch person About personal they are really Friendly I hope my experience be helpful to you guys Guten Morgen allerseits Nach der Pandemie reiste ich wieder nach Dresden und das Café ALEX war neben meinem Hotelzimmer und ich beschloss, dort etwas zu essen und zu frühstücken Über Essen Sie haben wirklich gutes und leckeres Essen, vegan oder Fleisch nach Ihren Wünschen Ich habe dort fast 4-5 verschiedene Speisen probiert Als Hamburger 🍔 war Salat mit Hähnchen 🐓 wirklich gut Nur ein Gedanke macht mich wirklich überrascht, dass der Preis für Steak in ihrer Speisekarte wirklich teuer ist, da Gewicht und Art der Teilrinde? Und Ruhe ist wirklich Fahrpreis und guter Preis Apropos Frühstück Ich habe 4-5 Mal in 5 verschiedenen ALEX-Cafés in verschiedenen Ecken Deutschlands versucht, schnell zu brechen Für mich und meine Meinung, wenn Sie reisen und ein gutes Frühstück und einen guten Preis haben möchten, ist das ALEX-Café großartig und intelligent? (fast haben sie einen ganz normalen Café-Automaten) und die Frühstückszeit im Hotel ist fast zwischen 6:30 und 10:00 Uhr Aber in Alex kann von 08:00 bis 12:00 Uhr gefrühstückt werden und der Preis beträgt 11€ für esch Person Über persönlich sind sie wirklich freundlich Ich hoffe, meine Erfahrung ist hilfreich für euch Hi today ist 09.08.2022 They did not have any cheese 🧀 on buffet and wc smell 👃🏼 too much bad and they did not have any kind of soap 🧼 on man wc to wash the hand 🤚🏻 and after wash they put kind of wc-paper to dry hand In this part of Restaurants i give 1 star ⭐️ I hope the manager care of this system

Excellent location and very popular... but beware, you can have vastly different experiences at this place! Ok: for our breakfast Saturday: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ we had an 830 reservation for the breakfast buffet (13,50€). The staff was friendly, the food delicious and well priced for Dresden and for such a large selection. There was tons of fresh yummy things to choose from, and it's all you can eat, so you can choose it all! Clean, comfortable seating outside and inside... would've been a solid 5 stars ... but... Breakfast (holiday) Monday reservation at 12: ⭐⭐. Ouch. It was classified as "brunch" and was €5 more... but the selection was not as good as the regular breakfast. Items were often empty for extended periods or empty altogether (although the buffet is open for 2 more hours). Instead of the fresh fruit salad on offer Saturday morning, it was frozen fruit getting mushy in a bowl. The selection was more limited than the "regular" days! The staff was overwhelmed and/or indifferent... it was hard to believe it was the same place! Summary: don't go on a Sunday or a holiday. Go early (a reservation is a must on any day at any time) and then: enjoy the 5 star experience and not the 2 star tragedy.

Everything with the food is good. The view is also nice. But we got a little bit uncomfortable with the waitress. When we try to make oder in German ( the truth is our German is not so good but we still try to ask about the price of the combo of cake and coffee, which is 6euro and we just want to know that did we odered the right one), the waitress was talking back to us: “ ist das zu teurer?“ with a tone of voice a little bit look down on us. Me and my 2 others foreigner friends was a little bit shocked at that time. Otherwise, everything is nice. A small other thing: the restroom must be cleaner. That will be nice, if the toilet has a better smell.

Very nice restaurant with helpful service and very good food! We stopped by right before visiting the Residence Palace and found it very comfortable. There is a large variety of food to choose from and all we chose (ribs, hamburger, salad..) was tasty and abundant. The menu was very well labeled, indicating which allergens the different dishes had. This was very useful for us (as some of our party had allergies). A place definitely worth stopping by. We saw in the speisekarte that they had an 'all you can eat" brunch in the mornings. We would have repeated and tried it out if we wouldn't have been short in time.

We hung out on the terrace of this restaurant for 3.5 hours last night. Loved the location, lots of people watching! And lovely cello player at the square. Food was reasonably good, not spectacular but not expensive either. Loved the nachos. Good wine too. The waiter misunderstood our order for the main course, as we wanted 2x the schnitzel with mushrooms and sweet potato fries, though he served only one portion, but was corrected within 20 min or so.

Location: perfect & directly in centre Food/ buffet station: very nice and tasty food. They do have cold & hot station. Buffet has lots of choices Service is nice as well. Price: very reasonsble Definitely a must to go there for ur breakfast
