I had encounter a young Vietnamese man who I thought and expect to be polite, but instead he was very rude to me, and as a customer I was very disappointed if how I was treated. Here in Germany if you are working as Fast food Personel or Staff of the said company you are expected to be polite to your Customers. It is not an insult to your company if someone has to take out a Pizza from other stores because you are are the Food court area, Customers has a lot of choices to choose from and it is their right! The intention is also to buy from your store and also to take out or to bring it home others call it take away. So please next time Managers/Head of Asiahung ( Alstertal Branch) who is reading this comment train your Personel to be Polite and Respectful. Food: extremely good for its relatively low price. Full-sized meals don't go over 10 euros, often around 8. The Bun Bo Nam Bo was very well done, especially the beef.

Absolut unfreundlich. Meine Mutter und ich wurden vom Besitzer angeschrien weil wir uns mit unserem take away essen an den Tisch gesetzt haben. Als man uns sagte dass es 1 Euro mehr kostet pp sich an den Tisch zu setzen hab ich die 2 Euro sogar noch bezahlt. Daraufhin kam dann ein drittes mal jemand und hat uns so zur sau gemacht dass Leute stehen geblieben sind um zu gucken was los ist. Zuvor hatte man noch kleine Kinder angeschrien und rausgescheucht die es gewagt haben sich auch dort mit ihrem takeaway hinzusetzen. Absolut beschämend. Meine Mutter ist 70 und wollte sich nur kurz hinsetzen! Ich hab noch nie erlebt dass uns jemand so bloß gestellt hat. Ich bezahle nächstes mal lieber etwas mehr und geh zum...
