Müller Café & Bäckerei — Restaurant in Munich

So I could have died because of ignorance. I can't eat gluten, thankfully I won't die if I do but it can make me sick for a while. I went to have a coffee here, and as in every restaurant /bakery I go to, I asked if they have something gluten free. Now I've seen ignorance before in that matter, and way more than it should be, people think that gluten free means vegan, which is dangerous. The worker here told me that the regular brezel is gluten free (I've never in my life seen a regular bakery making gluten free brezel, it's 10 times the work) I looked at her confused and said "gluten free means without regular flawer, without weat" (in German). She didn't even regard me and insisted that the pretzel is gluten free... Now if I took the risk and believed her my week would be terrible, but if it was someone else with a worse case they could have been rushed to the hospital... Please start learning about...

The stuff are very rude for the branch In Maximilian st. If the branch not added yet to google map not mean we can’t add our review as they will affected all the other branches too ..all of them are so rude in 24/07/2022 we ordered hot drinks and they put straw in it .. there is no art in the specialty coffee I got it so miss .. it’s our first visit when we asked the waiter for table he said should I bring you one ??? You. Can check by your self … we paid and we didn’t drink our coffee because the service were sooo bad and rude .. I forget my sunglasses in the cafe and I went back to get it one lady she told me the waiter took my sunglasses inside I went to ask him he said talk to my boss ! I asked his boss he said I don’t know and the sunglasses were in front of him !! If the lady didn’t told me that they took they will keep lying to me!!!...

If I could put zero stars, I would. The chair I sat with my family to eat something broke down, causing me an injury to my foot and back, and nobody even cared. I asked for the manager, and the seller acted like she was from another planet. Nobody came. Nobody cared. It's a shame. A person was injured, and no one took responsibility.

Edit after your response: I was there for almost an hour, and you personnel avoided helping or talking to me. What good it would be a written apology now? I was a tourist in your country and had to seek medical help all by myself, instead of you helping someone who got injured because of...
