I am extremely hung over in a foreign country, tired of sausages and sauerkraut. My boyfriend, bless him, brought me this udon ramen as takeaway. What a God-send. It has chewy noodles, crispy silken tofu cubes, crunchy bokchoy, tangy bamboo shoots, a giant disc of properly seasoned tempura flakes and juicy corn kernels that disperse evenly into the savory, spicy broth, and a boiled egg packed with cysteine to break down my hangover toxins (pro-tip for anyone out there on the same struggle bus as me 👍). Read moreOver priced food, non authentic canton cuisine. I'm no pro at vietnamese food but as a Hongkonger I was already lost at the menu. Hongkong Nudeln, Hongkong Ente, Hongkong Huhn and Rind HK Art? Only found out the "noodle" is Fried Rice Noodle with Beef. Siu Mai is unexpectedly disappointing. Plus it's not authentic cantonese Siu Mai it's instant Siu Mai that you put into the microwave, lack of ingredients. Not recommend if you wanna try authentic...
