I bought Sensai moisturizing emulsion in a store in Munich, but when I opened it a few weeks later, the bottle was broken. The store requires you to come to Germany for a replacement, but I live in Switzerland and this is too inconvenient. I contacted Sensai and Douglas, but they redirected me to the store. I would like to find a solution - for example, an exchange or a discount. The store refused to help me. I have been communicating by correspondence for more than 3 weeks.

Absolute Katastrophe!!! Habe ein Serum abgeholt, das ich zuvor online bestellt habe. Zu Hause musste ich feststellen, dass ich eine zerbrochene Flasche erhalten habe. Das Serum war überall und hat den ganzen Teppich versaut. Ich habe Douglas gebeten, mir eine neue Flasche zu schicken. Ich solle zurück in die Filiale. Also rief ich vorher dort an. Sei alles kein Problem, ich solle einfach vorbei kommen und mir ein neues holen. Heute bin ich also wieder 40 Min in die Innenstadt, um mein Serum abzuholen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen verweigerten mir ein neues Serum, da ich das alte hätte mitbringen sollen. Da fällt man doch vom Glauben ab. Ich soll also eine komplett zerbrochene Glasflasche mit zig Scherben samt aufgeweichter Verpackung aufheben (Fotos reichen nicht). Dazu fällt einem nix mehr ein. Applaus für so viel Kundenservice 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

그냥 한국말로 쓸게요. 짧은머리에 안경쓴 남자직원 차별합니다. 저랑 제앞에 있던 다른아시아국가 사람 그분 독일어못하셨는데 개무시하는게 보이더라구요 그다음 제차례왔는데 저한테는 komm zu mir 그리고 그다음 백인남자한테눈 können sie zu mir kommen, 그 분도 동성애하시는분 같던데 사는거 힘드실텐데 아시안 차별도 해주시고 감사해용. 괜히 제 하루 망치기싫어서 앞에서는 웃으면서 제가 인사까지 해줬어요. 너랑 나는 다르니까 😊

This is really some problem with service here. I was 2 time per last week ,wait for consultant Charlotte tilbury more than one hour. First time she doesn’t show up at all ,after 20min of waiting I asked another stuff if it’s possible someone gave me a product which I need ,they told me that they’ll ask right person ,and then disappeared and now body come back. Second time I was in a few day and those time it was a consultant at work place ,but she had a coustomer ,so I just wait till she finished because I don’t want interrupt worker and another customer, but then she finished and ignore me next to cosmetic stand and leave. And I’m really totally not recommended this place if you want buy something here. Because it’s many other shop with cosmetic with high price which give you good service...

This is the perfect place to go, if you are looking for quality products and the best services. The Douglas consultants in this particular shop are quite amazing and they try their best to give you the most pleasant experience. They know about the products, they are trained to give you an advice and they are not that annoying type - can I help you? can I help you? CAN I?- Not! They give you your free space, but are more than helpful when needed. Also, the manager is more than nice and she finds a solution for every problem you may encounter. If you arrive here, try also the Jo Malone stand. Is quite an experience and you will surely fall in love with the consultants...

There was lady who can speak Turkish, who was customer support in Dior she did not help me , I wanted to buy lip oil and hand cream from Dior. I waited 10 min, during this time she just take care of one specific customer even though I told her that I want to buy some products she did not give what I wanted to buy. That was very rude and arrogant. They should learn how to treat. customers.. However customer support lady in Chanel was really helpful and kind. I bought 2 parfumes and one lip oil and they did not give any tester, salesman in the cash register was...
