I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the appalling experience I had at your establishment on 7/14 around 8pm. The level of service and the treatment I received from your staff was not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable.
Upon arriving at your restaurant, I was excited to enjoy a pleasant dining experience. However, from the moment I stepped foot inside, it became evident that my presence was not valued by your staff. I was subjected to a series of distressing incidents that left me feeling disrespected and marginalized.
To begin with, I was left seated at my table for an unreasonably long time without any acknowledgement or service. Despite attempting to capture the attention of a server by raising my hand, I was met with disdain. Instead of addressing my concern in a courteous manner, another server yelled at me and rudely instructed me “you do not to do that” in front of other customers. This incident was not only embarrassing but also completely unnecessary.
Furthermore, it is with great regret that I must mention the racially charged behavior exhibited by your server. The condescending treatment I received suggests a clear case of racial discrimination, which has no place in any establishment, let alone a restaurant that claims to welcome all guests. It is disheartening to witness such behavior in this day and age.
As a customer, I believe it is my right to be treated with respect, regardless of my background or ethnicity. Unfortunately, my experience at your restaurant left me feeling humiliated and deeply saddened. I had hoped for a pleasant dining experience, but instead, I endured an evening of distress and disrespect.

Respectfully, I must clarify that your response does not align with the facts of our experience at all. The restaurant wasn’t that busy at all. We waited for around 20 minutes and discreetly tried to get the attention of a server. Your portrayal of our actions as “waving at every waiter” is completely a lie and misleading. If you believe a guest should be left seated without any attention is acceptable, I wish your business a good luck.
Your arrogant response only reinforces our feelings about the experience.
