The staff at the gallery are quick to walk you through and explain all the art objects that you may be interested in with such pleasure & ease. On all my frequently visited trips to Greece I make it a "must do" to visit the gallery and meet with the most charming & very talented Apostolos in person. I have been purchasing art from The Athens Gallery since 2001. My extensive collection throughout the years has always been packed & shipped professionally with never a problem. I bought a painting here when I was on vacation last year. The sales representative offered to frame and ship the painting to me in the US. I was disappointed when it arrived.... the frame was clearly damaged and poorly painted over. I guess they thought that since I am a tourist, it doesn’t matter. I sent multiple emails to try and get it resolved. The manager offered to send me a check for the cost of the frame but nothing ever arrived. It’s been almost a year... how long does it take to ship a letter. My only conclusion is that they lied to me just to get me off their back.
