Awful. It's just downright awful.

Greeted by the host, and she seemed welcoming. We sat at a table overlooking the Acropolis, which was lovely.

And then ignored.

Menus were finally dropped off after about 7 mins, and we were asked still or sparkling water. I said tap water please and saw the waiter roll his eyes.

4 mins later, another waiter came over with the water. No conversation, poured it, and spilt it over my hand and jacket. No acknowledgement and he just walked off.

14 minutes later, our food order was taken. Amazingly, without even looking my partner in the eye. Got her order, and then he asked me and actually made eye contact. Food was ordered, and off he went.

The food.

Bread basket. The bread was stale, rock solid, and you could actually do some damage if you threw it hard enough. Olives had no seasoning.

Steak and potatoes. I don't think there's any salt in the kitchen, or they just happen to have run out. Potatoes were cooked and edible, with no flavour. The steak was cooked, but grey on the outside and no seasoning whatsoever. Had to wipe the steak on the butter for the bread to get the salt flakes.

The meal was bland, unseasoned, and outright nowhere near worth €26 for each steak.

During the whole visit, there was no check back to ask for more drinks, even when both of ours were empty, or to ask how the food was. The staff were impossible to get hold of as they stood talking to each other at one of the bars. The other bar had a blond girl just on her phone. Kept seeing them walk around inside, giving glances towards my partner through the window and doorway, which was creepy and weird. Yet, still no one came over.

We watched a waiter talk to a group of white men sat next to us, laughing, joking, and actually giving some service. We managed to ask him for the bill, and instantly, the friendly man who had served the group of men disappeared and responded with a "wait."

They finally came back over and said "pay". As we paid with one waiter, the other cleared our whole table, never questioning why half the food hadn't been touched. No conversation at all

Paid €67 in total, and what a waste of money. Rubbish food, appalling service.

Either the staff are just outright racist or don't want to be there themselves. But either way, the place does not deserve your money. Go elsewhere, plenty of rooftop restaurants with the same view, with better food and much...

Very disappointing. I had a booking on a Sunday at 9.30am for a birthday brunch. They were supposed to be open at 8. When I arrived, there was no one at the door, no host, no maitre d'. One waiter told me that they opened at 10! So I waited by the entrance, and after a few people arrived and sat, I took the initiative to seat myself. The place did look lovely and the view was amazing. It took 10mn for someone to bring me water and take my order, and another 25 for my food ro arrive (there were 3 other tables only). They brought the food before the coffee and juice (30mn after my order). The food was OK, not exceptional, very small portion, no salt or pepper in the dish or on the table. The juice was rather bland and the coffee unremarkable. The waiter just carelessly dropped everything on the table, coffee on one side, saucer on the other, and threw the straw to me while walking away. When I booked, I was asked if there was a special occasion, and I specify it was my birthday, thinking maybe they would do something. It did not come up once, they did not even take my name at the door. Very underwhelming on every aspect, except from the view, but this has nothing to do with the restaurant.

Maybe the place gets better during the day, but they need different staff that is competent and at least...

TERRIBLE experience. Do NOT recommend if looking for a rooftop dinner and visiting Athens. Views do not off set bad service.

It seemed like half of the wait staff did not know what was going on. Waited 40 min just to order DRINKS on a MONDAY. Wish we had the 1 female server who was not in charge of our table and seemed to be the only person who cared if we placed an order or give any type of justification why our table was being neglected. The “manager” working walked by our table and the surrounding tables numerous times without saying anything or offering to check in and see how things were, later half just sitting in the corner of the bar on phone. Hostess personal we’re prioritizing putting lantern type light center pieces onto the table over seeing to the guests -(we were ignored several times when attempting to order.) Ordered the bratta salad which was missing the avacado.

At this point in time we had been there for almost 2hrs and asked for some bread or something from the hostess to tide us over until the food finally comes and surprise it ends up as an additional charge on the bill.

When your on vacation for a minimal amount of time and want to enjoy a nice dinner DO...
