If you want to rent an office here, don't sign their extremely unfair "standard" contract.

We liked an office and were ready to rent it for two years with upfront payments.

We discussed the extremely imbalanced and disadvantageous terms for days and were invited to propose contract changes with our legal team.

After weeks of work, discussions, calls with our legal team we presented our proposed changes and received a snippy "decision" to not even come back to our suggestions and the negotiations were terminated after 6 weeks.

What a waste of...
