Never again in my life will I visit Platinum restaurant. Food is good but Pathetic service. On the night of Easter Vigil we arrived before 11, there was waiting, we were asked to wait for 5-10 mins but we got a table after 25 mins. Apart from this issue there is shortage of staff, since there was only one person taking orders for around 15 tables when each and every table was full. Order placed at 11:10 we did receive the 2 out of 3 starters we ordered within 20 mins but after that for 45 mins we neither got the 3rd starter nor the main course which we had ordered well in advance. Inspite of repeatedly enquiring about our order, there was only one answer 'Aa raha hai' for 45 mins, Frustrated we decided to leave from the restaurant at 12:30 and to our surprise within 2 mins all the food we ordered was ready but we still decided to leave. They were charging us for the food we didn't eat but after little arguments they decided ro charge us only for the 2 starters that we ate.
