Cheesy Chicken Nuggets: Nicely fried, the inside was filled with equal parts chicken and cheese. Served with potato wedges and spicy mayo, these nuggets were perfect as a starter and they could satisfy the cravings of kids and adults both.
Pizza Metza: Probably the most appetizing of all the items I tried. This pizza had a nice, crispy crust with a definite chew. The toppings were pepperoni, sausage, beef Bolognese, mozzarella and basil leaves. The robust flavor of the tomato sauce paired really well with the richness of the meats and the freshness of the basil. All in all, absolutely flawless.
Sicilian Spaghetti Al Tonno: This pasta is cooked with tuna, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. It was perfectly cooked without an excess of sauce. I thought the pasta would be too spicy, however it had just the right amount of heat and was seasoned perfectly.
Chicken BLT Burger: Just as the name suggests, this burger is filled with grilled chicken, bacon (pork or chicken, I went with pork), lettuce and tomato. Would definitely recommend this burger for those who want a change of pace from the usual beef burger as the flavor was sublime. The addition of the pork bacon was genius as the burger gets a deeper, meatier taste.
Fisherman Burg: I’ve been craving Fish & Chips lately and this burger caught my eye as the components were the same. The eye catching aspect of this burger was that it came with a green sesame seed bun. The seafood patty was a mix of prawns, fish and cheese with tartar sauce and potato wedges on the side. I was worried that the patty, being a mix of seafood and cheese, would be a tasteless mush, however, it was crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked and flavorful on the inside. Definitely enjoyed this creative burger.
Chocolate Avalanche: A mix of chocolate brownie, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and granola. All the components were in perfect harmony, the brownie was dark and decadent, beautifully pairing with the vanilla ice cream and the granola added some much needed crunch. The ideal dessert for a...

Read moreAhh East India Cafe really hits the right spot for me. Been there twice already in a week and I would go there yet again in a heart beat.
Tasteful interiors that emulate Parisian streets. Socially distanced tables, comfy chairs, helpful staff, versatile menu and generous portion sizes, all of which evokes such content sentiments when I think of this cute cafe.
I never imagined me saying this, but they probably have the best in-house potato wedges I have had in India thus far. And that is saying alot. Beautifully seasoned with an all spice mix, fluffy from the inside and roasted to perfection on the outside, without any excess oil oozing out. Striking the right balance in texture. I would be lying if I dint say I was salivating while typing this paragraph out.
The surf and turf allowed me to enjoy the best of both worlds. Beef and Seafood. How could I complain ? The beef was medium rare, which is what I asked for and the prawns were lightly marinated and perfectly cooked. Soft and succulent, avoiding any sort of rubberiness that most places end up serving when you ask for prawns. The culmination of the fresh mushroom sauce over the garlic mash, coupled with the seasoned prawn and a drizzle of lime was pure bliss to say the least.
The club sandwich was made using beautiful bread made right there if I am not mistaken. However in terms of taste profile, it wasnt the most memorable. To saucy for my liking.
The bratwurst sausages were on the special menu and I am glad I took their recommendation and tried it out. Had all the makings of a great dish, when eaten all together.
I'd keep talking about the rest of the dishes, but I just feel it's not worth vacillating on and that you just need to go there and find out for yourself, how much of a gem this...
