Help yourself and Avoid This Subway at All Costs – Trust Me!
Okay, so I just had to share this experience about the Subway I visited, and let me tell you, it was a total mess. The moment I walked in, bam! – no air conditioning. It was like a sauna in there, and not in a good way. The place looked like it hadn’t seen a mop in ages; tables were sticky and the floor was just yuck.
Now, let’s talk about the food. I asked for a paneer salad, right? What I got was this jungle of giant veggies, chopped so big you’d think they used a machete. Seriously, I needed a knife and fork for a salad – who does that? And the paneer, which I was really looking forward to? Non-existent! When I asked the staff about it, they just shrugged and said, “That’s what we serve.” I mean, come on!
The staff’s looked like they’d rather be anywhere else. There were only a couple of them running around, trying to manage everything. It felt like they were just going through the motions, not really caring about what they were serving or who they were serving it to.
And the attitude – it was like they were doing us a favor by being there. I get it, everyone has bad days, but this was something else. It felt like I was bothering them by just being there and ordering.
So, imagine me, sitting there in this hot, messy place, trying to wrestle with these monster-sized veggies in my so-called ‘salad’. It was just sad, you know? I left most of it untouched. What a waste of money and time.
Honestly, if you’re thinking of hitting up this Subway for a quick bite, just don’t. Save yourself the disappointment and the hassle. There are way better places around that actually care about what they serve and who they’re serving it to. This place? A big...

I have been a loyal customer of Subway for years and have always loved their food and service. However, my recent experience at the T Nagar outlet was extremely disappointing and upsetting.
Today, when my son wanted Subway, we walked into the store and simply asked which bread was fresh. To our shock, the staff member (Satish) bluntly replied, “We don’t have bread,” even though we could clearly see fresh bread in the oven. When we pointed this out and asked if we could get it, he rudely said it was for another order. What followed was even worse—his attitude became aggressive, and he started speaking in a vulgar manner, acting very strangely and unprofessionally.
It is incredibly disheartening to see such behavior at a global brand like Subway, which is supposed to uphold high standards of customer service while charging premium prices. The experience left us feeling extremely uncomfortable, and it’s shocking that such staff are employed at a well-known chain.
I sincerely hope Subway takes this matter seriously and ensures that such incidents do not happen to other customers. This kind of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly...
Read moreToday, I visited Subway at 9:00 PM and had a disappointing encounter with your staff. Despite their preoccupation with a mobile phone, I was asked to wait for 30 minutes in a rude manner. Additionally, I witnessed one of your staff members, Sridhar, verbally abusing an elderly customer, raising his voice and creating a scene in your franchise. This behavior continued when interacting with a Zomato delivery person.Such conduct is utterly unacceptable. As customers, we deserve respectful treatment when spending our money on your food. No staff member has the right to order us around or use disrespectful language like "get lost." The elderly man and the Zomato delivery person were visibly upset by this encounter. Furthermore, Sridhar claimed that such behavior is endorsed by the franchise owner, which is deeply concerning. If necessary, please review your CCTV footage from 9:00 PM to 9:30 PM on 07/07/2024 for verification.
I urge you to take immediate and serious action regarding this matter. It is crucial to maintain a respectful and professional environment for all customers and staff...
