If i had the opportunity to rate negative as possible i would love to. Once u taste their food and the hospitality you will surely understand. We went at 1.00 pm and they made us wait for table for twenty minutes which was also fine but as an andra restaurant they said the meals was sold out at 1.20 pm itself😂😂 . We ordered rice and some pappu and some sides they took literally their convenient time to give more than 20 mins but surprisingly the rice was not even fresh and it was very mild warm. To even get water we had to call the waiter each single time and he was busy on picking calls. The usual papad which they give in such restaurants as complimentary we had to ask them literally 3 to 4 times and the funniest part is he took our starter plate to fill the papad and gave us the papad. I donno how it has good ratings and that’s what deceived me…. There are only two waiters for the whole 10 tables totally in that restaurant. I would say that their veg food is not at all to even 1 star rating.
I dono why the hell we payed that much for a shitty food and service. If you ever got a chance to read this review just know you are getting a chance to not choose this restaurant. Finally, when you really wana have a good lunch andra food please think twice and...
Read moreThis place is at The Sai Baba hotel on 5th floor. We went there for lunch. It has a pleasant atmosphere with a projector screen which plays sports channels. It's neat and clean. It's specializes in Andhra Cuisine but also has Multi cuisine dishes on the menu. We ordered Chicken Manchow soup, Fried rice, Malai Kofta, American Chopsey with egg. The food takes time to prepare so please keep sometime in hand. The soup, rice and kofta were really nice, flavorful, good presentation and good portion size for rice and kofta. Soup however seemed to be costly for the portion served. American Chopsey was disappointing. We were told by one of the staff members that it will be a runny sunny side up egg on top of the Chopsey however the egg was scrambled with the veggies. The fried noodles and sauce were separate. It was difficult to eat this dish and it came right at the end of other dishes. There was a buffet arranged for some conference attendees in the restaurant hence the staff was on a backfoot while serving us. We had to keep asking for water, fried noodles with manchow soup, spoons. I know they will be better if they didn't have to take care of a buffet alongside....
Read moreOne of the simplest and elegant restaurants I've been in Tnagar. The ambiance was so peaceful and the melodious music made it feel even relaxing. Great hospitality. The starters are all very appetizing although they are quite costly. We ordered for gobi manchurian which was mouth watering. It is situated inside Saibaba Hotel. And we also ordered for meals where every curry tasted top notch! They only serve veg meals with two different poodi's. The quantity was more than sufficient. The service was very concerningand the dishes were worth the price. Highly recommended if you like Andhra cuisines. They have proper allotted places for parking as well. Over all it was beautiful lunching at subhodayam. Definitely a nice place to go...
