From the exterior to the overall atmosphere inside the restaurant, everything was very comfortable and excellent. We didn’t have a reservation, so we walked in directly, just like we contacted through WhatsApp. Initially, we were given seats at the bar, but we strongly requested a table for four. The staff was very accommodating and helped us change to a private table, providing a more comfortable dining experience.

We were two people and ordered one cold and one hot matcha. Please note that it was pure matcha, not a latte, so the iced matcha only tasted like water. If you want to try it, you should drink it quickly. For the main course, we started with a set of steamed eggs, followed by a portion of beef cubes, and a black truffle beef bowl. Next was a potato salad, which wasn't a traditional mashed potato salad but more like small crispy potato strips with vegetables and a soft-boiled egg. The tempura shrimp came with mayonnaise, followed by tempura vegetable leaves, and then a portion of karaage chicken, which was actually small drumsticks. The chicken was very juicy.

After all the dishes, we had dessert, which was a matcha tiramisu. Overall, all the dishes were very good. It’s great to find this level of Japanese cuisine in Paris. However, there are some areas for improvement. For instance, the beef bowl was a bit too salty for my taste. If a diner orders more than two meat dishes without suitable drinks or soup, it might feel very greasy, making it hard to enjoy other dishes.

A very important area for improvement is the matcha tiramisu. It was made in the morning and then frozen, so by the time it was served, it had been out for a long time. The dessert was overly sweet, and more importantly, the bottom had turned watery. When I was halfway through, I could see a lot of water at the bottom, which is a result of freezing the cake for too long before serving. As a restaurant that brings Japanese food culture to Bali, innovation and fusion are the highlights of its cuisine, which I greatly appreciate and love. However, for both customers and tourists, near-perfect cuisine is the most important thing. Wish your business...

We’ve been here many times for a number of reasons. Since 2013, Rayjin has been a go-to destination for locals and travelers seeking delicious fusion Japanese teppanyaki. Located in Ubud this restaurant has made a name for itself by delivering a dining experience straight from the heart.

One of the standout features of Rayjin is their ability to cater to diverse tastes. With an understanding of both Western and local preferences, the culinary team at Rayjin has mastered the art of fusion cuisine. They skillfully blend Japanese teppanyaki techniques with flavors and ingredients that appeal to a wide range of palates.

A major highlight of dining at Rayjin is the use of well-chosen and high-quality raw materials. From the finest cuts of meat to the freshest seafood, every ingredient is carefully sourced to ensure an exceptional dining experience. The dedication to quality is evident in every dish served at Rayjin.

What truly sets Rayjin apart is the interactive dining experience. All the cooking is done right in front of us, allowing us to witness the artistry and skill of the teppanyaki chefs. This creates an exciting and engaging atmosphere that adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the meal.

However, the food and atmosphere would not be complete without the exceptional customer service provided by the staff at Rayjin. The attention to detail, knowledge, and friendliness exhibited by the staff truly enhances the dining experience. From the moment we stepped through the door until the moment we left, we felt welcomed and valued as customers.

In summary, Rayjin is a Japanese teppanyaki restaurant that surpasses expectations with its high-quality food, fantastic atmosphere, and phenomenal customer service. Whether you're a fan of traditional Japanese cuisine or looking to embark on a culinary adventure, Rayjin is the perfect destination to satisfy your cravings and create...

A Taste of Japan Right Here – An Unforgettable Dining Experience!

From the moment I stepped into this restaurant, I knew I was in for something special. The ambiance is warm, inviting, and authentically Japanese, setting the perfect stage for an incredible meal.

The pork ramen was an absolute standout—each bite transported me straight back to Japan. The broth was rich, deeply flavorful, and perfectly balanced, making every spoonful an experience to savor. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the tender pork melted in my mouth, complementing the dish beautifully.

The creamy beef teppanyaki was just as spectacular. Cooked right in front of us, the sizzling aroma filled the air, heightening the anticipation. The beef was expertly seasoned, incredibly tender, and paired perfectly with the creamy sauce. The skill and precision of the teppanyaki-style cooking added an exciting, interactive element to the meal.

Beyond the amazing food, the service was truly exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our experience special. Since it was Valentine’s Day, they surprised us with a beautiful rose and a Polaroid picture of us, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. It’s rare to find a restaurant that not only serves incredible food but also makes you feel genuinely valued as a guest.

From start to finish, every detail was perfect. Whether you’re a ramen lover, a teppanyaki fan, or just someone who appreciates fantastic food and impeccable service, this place is an absolute must-visit. I can’t wait to come back for another unforgettable meal!

🌟 Highly...
