My recent visit to Foghorn's in Cagliari was nothing short of delightful. Although the décor might appear a bit rough around the edges and cater to a younger crowd, don't be fooled; this place is a hidden gem offering fantastic food, mouth-watering cocktails, and exceptional staff that make for an unforgettable dining experience.

The food at Foghorn's is simply superb. The wild boar burger deserves a special mention - it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. It's hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had! The menu offers a variety of dishes that cater to different tastes, ensuring everyone can find something they'll enjoy.

As for the drinks, the mojitos at Foghorn's are to die for. They are expertly crafted, refreshing, and strike the perfect balance between sweetness and tanginess. The extensive cocktail menu ensures there's something for everyone, and I look forward to trying more of their delicious concoctions in the future.

Come cantava Vasco Rossi? "Vado al Massimo!". Io Vi dico invece, "andate da Massimo!". Si, da Massimo, il gestore del ristopub Foghorn's di Cagliari. Avete visualizzato proprio bene in internet! Quello con tutti i peluche in bella vista! Non mi fate i sofisticati perché certi "personaggi", non passano mai di moda, ne hanno età!. Massimo, Vi accoglie sorridente e, "come una lampada di Aladino", pronto ad esaudire i vostri desideri. Volete una foto con "le celebrity"? Pronto ad immortalarvi! Siete soli e temete vi neghino un piatto caldo? Nessun problema, Massimo, chiederà ad un altro "simile", già allocato sulla panca, la disponibilità ad "aggiungere un posto a tavola". È proprio quello che mi è accaduto. Il cibo? Vi starete domandando... Innanzitutto per placare la fame e stemperare una "non attesa", perché il servizio è estremamente celere, vedrete "colare" sulla tavola, un cestino di arachidi da sbucciare. Io ho ordinato un hamburger di angus. Mai mangiato nulla di più buono. Un burro. Carne tenerissima,  cotta a puntino. Dopo essermi saziata, aver socializzato e senza svenarmi, ho ringraziato Massimo e i suoi collaboratori "di esistere". Ho imboccato la strada per l'albergo, e, come in una favola, ho sorriso del lieto...
