Dan John Como — Local services in Como

It is first time in lake Como ....everything is wonderful and we saw this lovely Dan John shop and wife loves shopping . She got me a white shirt and l was happy to have a nice shirt from Como but there was a problem on the shirt and we took it back to the shop. Kindly l said to sale assistant girl with red hair the problem and she even didn't look at my face and grabbed the shirt and throw it the side which was very rude to do so you shouldn't do this kind of things to your customer.l wasn't sure who is she than she said to other girl to look after us and she was lovely very kind and she went downstairs and check the stock l guess, and she said no we don't have it in stock but she offered me different one and l tried it and l got that one but in the first place the other YOUNG GIRL with RED HAIR made me very sad,l am a customer,l buy something and l pay for it if there is a problem l must say it.... after all the other girl fixed all problem . If the girl with red hair is manager the other girl is shop worker they should change the position because the other girl is wonderful 💯. If you go to this shop to buy something don't see this the girl with RED HAIR at the til. She is miserable,unhappy sad person giving negative...

I’ve got the worst shopping experience ever. In this como store. Very rude personnel especially the girl with glasses on service September 19th 2024 around 6pm. The shirt for trial was very dirty. I was about buying 3 pieces for 99€ as the promotion said, one of them said regular slim instead of just regular as I tried, she told me its the same then I suggested to pay and try the shirt and if not same as regular the. They give me a regular one in any other colour she refused and was soooo nervous with very bad attitude, barely yaling on her colleague that he was nice trying to translate. There was a suit on display that was my exact size. We asked to buy it without even trying it on. The sales person with red hair refused to sell the clothing because the “store policy” states they could not sell clothes on mannequins. I don’t understand why the store would advertise clothing with no sizes left and then refuse to sell the last remaining size on the mannequin. Incredibly awful...
