Como Lake Suites — Local services in Como

This is the most awful place i would consider to book with... first they sent us wrong location to make us late for check in which ends 7 pm.. but we made it before 7... and they reached us where we've been waiting them.. the Italian lady was very rude and screaming and shouting in the street because an extra third guest joined us in the check in and wanted to book, she went crazy , nooooo noooooo only twoooooooo... we offered her to pay the extra for the apartment of book another one as per the policy (the apartment takes up tp six pp)... she ran in the street like crazy saying nooooo noooooo only twoooooooo.... and speaking in Italy and running everywhere.. we didn't hide him he was visible to check in.. but because they wanted to rip us off she didn't want to listen,., then we told them the third person is going to another hotel, we need the two of us to check in ... they said nooooo the check in is passed!!!! they've planned to rip us off... from the location story.. and it didn't work... so made up the third person story... and they want to go away with it... then they sent an email to booking.com saying that i was no-show guest.... i have all whatsapp between us... how come no-show while they are writing I'm coming now to you!!! anybody wants to see the evidences...
