UPDATED ON Nov 11 2025: I visited the store today to check my Vodafone account. The staff member (possibly the owner) took my phone, opened the browser, and clicked on my Google profile, then asked, "Is this your account?" I was confused, as I had come to check my Vodafone account, not anything related to Google. Then she searched this store on Google and then noticed that I had previously left a 1-star review and refused to help me anymore, saying that I had given them an UNREASONABLE review.
Original Review (1/5 star) BE AWARE: Under the reviews of this Vodafone store. I saw some of the five-star-reviewers (especially those without a profile pic) only have this single review in their account. This is the first reason that I suspect they are robots.
The second reason is based on my experience. The service in this store is not good. They charge you €50 for activating the SIM card, CASH ONLY, and NO FORM, NO RECEIPT. Under this condition, I don't believe so many people will give a five star to this store. I have recorded the talk with a young lady in the store. I will reserve all my rights.🤌

This is very wrong and he lied to me about what he was doing on my phone. I am NOT impressed. Very very poor. Rude...
