My Wife and I had an amazing time at COI Florence! Fadi and his assistant Sultan, the Frenchie, were super friendly and knowledgeable. The store was so lively and fun. Everyone there was very welcoming and helpful. The jewelry was incredible! The quality and selection were top-notch, and the intricate detail to the pieces were amazing. Fadi’s energy was infectious, and the Prosecco was a great touch. It made our trip to Italy even more special. Our wonderful guide told us that COI Florence was the only place to go for jewelry. We didn’t have any specific plans to buy, but we ended up getting four beautiful pieces with workmanship like we have never seen. The Florene coin and gold case were especially stunning.(this one was for me, Thanks Fadi!) The experience was so much fun that I couldn’t resist buying two more pieces when I got home. Fadi was an amazing collaborator, even though we were almost 6,000 miles apart and only communicating through video calls.(Will probably be more purchased soon) We were given a thorough walkthrough of the VAT process and our appraisals were sent quickly upon our return home. We can’t wait to go back - there are so many beautiful and unique pieces to choose from. Thank you!

Such an amazing experience at COI! We were visiting Florence from the US and I wanted a piece of jewelry as a souvenir. COI was recommended to me, and I'm so glad we went. The beautiful store is located on the 2nd floor and you have to get buzzed in. Once we opened the door we were first greeted by "Sultan" the friendly store dog. My kids loved playing with him while we looked for Jewelry. Then we were met with the beautiful smiling face of Renata. She immediately made me feel comfortable and started showing us some pieces that I was interested in, specifically a medallion coin of Florence. She helped me pick out a gorgeous chain also. It's a piece that I will have forever! Renata also prepared all the VAT paperwork and told me where to go at the airport to get my refund, so easy! Then we met Fadi, what a great personality! This review is a continuation of my Ponte Vechhio store. Went to this showroom/store this year, it's a gorgeous store with a great selection of luxury contemporary (and traditional) jewelry, all Italian and a number made by local Florence artisans (support local businesses!) . This is the place to be! Prior to my visit, I communicated with Lara and Alexandra, but on the day I visited, I met the famous Director Fadi! Did you know he's featured in a NYT article about places to visit in Florence/Firenze?! He's was personable, and incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about jewelry and history of jewelry-making in Italy. Another saleswoman has worked in the business for 10 years (?), they know their stuff! They carry Fope bracelets (maybe next time?), and another one that's a ring and expands into a bangle, in addition to Marco Bicego. Walked about with a little bauble, and hopefully will be back!
