Worst customer service ever, I walked in looking for a ceramic mug and the woman working at the ceramic area laughs with her coworker repeating what I said in a mocking manner. I was disappointed as u wanted to buy a couple of ceramic mugs however after this Disgustingly rude behavior I decided to just get one. I love this place and you will too if being in the kitchen is one of your favorite places to be. Indeed I loved the plates so much that I did track down their email and ordered an entire set when I returned to the US. They worked with me through the difficult beginnings of the pandemic and now I have this lovely dinner set that I use to enhance the eating experience.
