This was our second visit to this argentieri since moving to Italy in 2022. We took a train 2 1/2 hours from where we live to specifically come to this store. We needed to find a special item requested by our daughter-in-law in the USA, that she wanted to give as a gift. When we arrived at the store, Manuela provided us with such care and friendly professional attention. Once she knew what we needed, she showed us several specific pieces that met our required request. We picked out exactly what we came for and our purchase was completed! Then Manuela took us upstairs for a tour of the design studio and workshop. It was very fascinating to see two of their artisans designing and creating jewelry in front of us. I would give this shop 10 stars if I could! The staff and owner are the kindest and friendliest of all the shops we visited on the "jewelry bridge". The owner, Gianna, is talented and way too humble about her craft. She gave us a tour of her shop and showed us a few of the designs from her, her father, and her grandfather. She is 4th generation designer / silversmith and you can see why they have survived this long - talent and the ability to make you feel like family. My husband and I purchased a few pieces from her - cufflinks for him and my son, a wine plate with the Kiddush engraved on it, and a beautiful Jewish star pendant. This is THE place to buy jewelry in Florence. My friend and I walked up and down the city to find the best jewelry at fair prices, and we had the the fortune to find Gianna's shop. We both had the most positive, reassuring experience at this female-led jewelry shop - we each ended up buying pieces from here.

I was welcomed with warmth and enthusiasm, and Gianna and her colleague helped us find our individual pieces, with personalized recommendations and expert advice. The quality of the jewelry is exceptional, and I could tell they take great pride in their craft.
