Got PUSHED by the guy at the front door to go back inside. I went out the front because I was making a phone call. He came out to explain that I had to go back in and I said I was already outside and the line was huge so I did intend to leave and then I proceeded on my phone call. He went around me and told me (I don't really understand Italian all that well) that the door counts how many clients go inside. I asked him to make sure I understood correctly and he said yes. I looked up at the door to look at the counter and I was about to tell him okay and I would go back inside. Instead he SHOVED me back inside and was beyond rude. I told him he didn't have to be so bad (in my crummy Italian). So I went out the exit shaking because of how unjustly I was treated. I'm definitely going to talk to his manager and I expect the cameras picked up on me being on the phone and the way he shoved me to go back inside. This all happened today...
Read moreMake sure to count your change here because the shop workers may not understand basic arithmetic. Clearly far too rushed and busy to care about serving customers, as well as continuously talking amongst themselves rather than paying attention to what they are doing . I bought a diet coke for €1.29 and gave them a young man a €20 note. He clearly struggled to count and only gave me the change for €10 euros. I didnt grab my receipt but before I left realised he hadn't given me the right change I went over and explained and asked for my right change but he just clearly didnt care and didnt give it to me. I worked in a supermarket for a year so I understand customer service and would normally sympathise with the server but this was just shoddy and careless. Clearly a lesson to me to get my receipt, but considering it was in a minute of being served and I hadn't even left the shop I think the situation should have been handled...

She looked at me like she couldn’t do anything with the money I gave her though. So I asked her how much it was in Italian. She confirmed it was €0.54 but looked at me like I was an idiot. This confused me because I didn’t understand what the problem was- I gave her enough money. She turned to a customer at the adjacent till and said to her in Italian ‘she doesn’t understand’ and scoffed at me. I fully understood what she was saying though, including the price. What I didn’t understand was why she made a problem where there was none. She continued to give me my change as she should have done in the first place. I felt like she wanted to ridicule someone infront of others. Really would...
