Your reputation is at stake in Hyderabad, India You guys speak highly about your BINOVA kitchen but when I purchased, it was a disaster by itself. I can surly say that you were so unprofessional at every point after the order and amount is being paid 100%.

Your have done blunders with my colour that I have chosen for my kitchen but never bothered to rectify it even after knowing the mistake was from your end . Customer service is pathetic and huge wait time to get the order delivered. Even after the delivery, the kitchen doors were broken and wrong measurement were taken yet zero response from your team.

It’s a company which cannot be trusted with the designs, delivery or any commitment after the order is being placed . Worst...

Binova company is great but don't be fooled by L2G company who is just a supplier. They got kicked out of the Modulnova showroom for not providing the kitchens to the customers, 'selling' a brand that they did not carry (that means fraud since the client paid them), tricking the clients out of what they paid and not paying their supplier. Dopo esserci presi il tempo di valutare alcune cucine abbiamo scelto Binova in via Durini a Milano, una scelta super indovinata, il prodotto è bellissimo e fatto benissimo, ma questo lo si vede subito presso il loro show room, quello che non si vede è la qualità del punto vendita, disponibilità cortesia ed efficienza che non si esauriscono alla firma del contratto, ma proseguono fino alla fine dei lavori. un ringraziamento speciale alla squadra di Installatori bravissimi precisi e puliti, al manager del negozio cortese e prontissimo nel risolvere problemi insorti, tra l’altro per causa mia e non loro, e un ringraziamento 🙏 speciale a all’architetto Marco Carsana che ci ha accompagnato dal progetto alla realizzazione organizzandoci pure una gita nel veronese per la scelta del marmo, instancabile e paziente su ogni nostra richiesta. grazie ancora di...
