Kiko — Local services in Milan

I wish there were lower than a star because even 1 star is too much for them , literally the worst kiko i’ve ever been to, the staff are rude and useless. When i walked in i went to pick out glosses and lipsticks and when i went to choose my name and design , the line was so uncoordinated and staff were nowhere in sight except 1 who was making the designs. When i got to choosing the design and name a worker came and told me that all the lip products i chose are useless and wont work and showed me the other lip products from behind the shelf , and after i chose them i had to work out the machine by myself until the same worker came and tried helping and it took her 30 mins at LEAST since she kept leaving and coming back ? There are barely any workers and many people waiting and the worker that was helping was very rude and useless, she would come for 1 min and leave for a long period of time and i had to do the lipsticks then when she came back she told me it’s wrong and it took over 3 tries for her to fix our problem which is obviously very UNPROFESSIONAL , and while she was helping us with the names her and her friend who was lasering the designs kept talking and giving looks to us which i’m pretty sure they were talking about us cause after we finished the names and went to the lasering part , her friend was very rude aswell and useless , she would go and come back for a while and this is because there are absolutely no workers helping the people in line who are trying to figure out how to write names and the drawings . I didn’t get the workers names but it was a girl with orange hair and glasses who was helping with the machine and another girl with dark hair who was doing the lasering . The girl with orange hair shouldn’t even deserve a job there , i’m the one that’s paying her bills and she has no respect ? Next time humble your workers because i’m never coming here again and i don’t think any others should too. بنات العرب تكفون لا تجون المنتجات خيالية بس الموضفين اسلوبهم مثل وجههم مايساعدون أبداً...

ATTENTION!! BE CAREFUL. The staff in this shop often tries to cheat most of customers! I've been here 2 times, and I could clearly hear one staff telling another staff about hiding fakes and that fakes were being sold (I was standing close by, but the staff didn't know I understood Italian). Upon observing, I also saw them engaged in substituting the product for a fake one when selling it. I definitely don't recommend to buy any products here. Onestamente e obiettivamente: NON visitate questo negozio. Qualità estremamente bassa dei prodotti offerti, falsi. Il personale è di livello molto basso, umilia le persone, ride e si prende gioco di molti clienti. Honestly and objectively: DO NOT visit this store. Extremely low quality of goods...

The cashier of KIKO in this branch keep cheating money from the customers, especially customers who did not count their money carefully.

When i was paying, The cashier purposely give EURO 20 less balance of money to me and did not give receipt when I made payment, until i voice out.

When my friend went to same shop the next day, she did the same to my friend. Luckily my friend is alert and ask for accurate change. Very dishonest cashier in this KIKO near...
