I have ordered pretty expensive kitchen more than a year ago to be delivered by July 15th. Year later they charge us extra 5k for inflation and changing color of dekton. After we pay it they now tell us we wont get our kitchen till August because of their logistics is not good.
As a result because of Molteni I moved to my house without a kitchen. I asked them to discount and at least help us with installing appliances as they will arrive before the kitchen due to the delay (and installing fees i paid already are wasted)
Guess what now they ask me to pay extra chf 250 to install each appliance.
They are super polite till you pay and then disappear suddenly. We dont get any proper communicaton from the saleswoman Francesca after we paid.
I have already complained to salon manager Francesco about their bad work and lack Of communication. Guess what he hasnt bothered to call back to see if we still have issues.
Their contract says if we take kitchen late we have to pay per day penalty. But when they delay it they dont pay you anything.
I will keep you all updated on how they proceed from here, but Molteni service is joke and i will stay away next time. I assume Molteni HQ doesnt care what salons do, so they can get away with it.
