Marlon Vintage Store — Local services in Palermo

They have well curated vintage clothing selection, however, it's quite pricy regarding the fact that clothes are not brand new (and some of them not in their best condition). In this regard, typical gentrified trift shop vibes.

What I came here for though - and what my rating is all about - is their record collection which in my opinion is the biggest and most diverse in Palermo. Many genres, new/second hand vinyls to choose from. At the time of visit, they had a big sale for many so it was possible to purchase in really friendly pricing.

Abundant selection of every article of clothing for men & women. But almost impossible to find anything under €20, that is even worth over €10. Many have wear & tear, which is okay, but for the overall item, no. Many are hand sewn pieces which is nice. Lots of leather, coats, boots, bags, jean jackets, kimonos, 70s/80s pants, skirts of every size & fabric. The cotton Goodwill donations, are over priced, not truly vintage, maybe Y2K, the university hoodies, felpas, tshirts are dingy, over ultra washed dingy, so they definitely should not be priced over 10/15. Quite a cool vintage style shop but I think the reviews I read here overhype it too much as it didn’t meet my expectation. I know vintage shops can be hit or miss and kinda depends on luck as to when you visit but this shop has a lot of overpriced old clothes mixed in with the occasional special vintage piece.
