Poké Hawaiian Taste — Restaurant in Palermo

The food was okay, very fresh but a bit tasteless. The sauce seemed to be very week. Good portions but quite expensive. Also Vegetariern options and of course fresh salmon or tuna. The salmon tasted good and fresh! The staff was nice and welcoming but was still very inexperienced. They also didn't have some of the options and ingredients on the menu. The sitting wasn't good, the chairs are really uncomfortable and small (just for small people). Also important: they have finished poke sets and ones you can make yourself, I recommend those, but it takes up some time since there are a lot of things...

Customer service could not have been worse. We waited for 45 minutes before being served and when they did come to us they told us it would be another 15 minutes. No sorry for the wait just rude service. We left.

It was the Palermo location we visited. The staff were walking around us and we could see them preparing orders for food delivery guys that would come and grab them. No one acknowledged us, we tried to go to the counter to order and was told they weren’t ready after they had been open for 45minutes according to the time...

We visited this place after a week of pizza and pasta, looking for health. We were served by the lovely guy with the black earring, he was attentive, friendly and helped us through the menu, despite the language barrier and no English menu (this was not a problem as our server was so helpful!). We loved the quality and freshness of the food, and thought it was excellent value for money! We loved the entire experience and would recommend if you’re in Palermo. Very close to the Main...
