I don’t recommend this shop if you are Chinese or oriental. Me and my husband are Burmese and we went in to browse inside. My husband wanted to buy a leather bracelet so he asked the shopkeeper if there’s a discount. Some shops we went in do discount and they would even tell us if we didn’t notice. So he asked nicely if there’s a discount available on this item but the owner asked us very rudely “why discount? “ ! We were so shocked and don’t understand why she looks so aggressive. We replied her that we were simply asking! She then replied “we make these products here every day and this is not made in China” This really upsets us. We may look like Chinese to her but she should not make such reference to any ethnicity. We’ve been everywhere in Pisa and never met anyone so racist against who we are. She can just say no discount and that would be fine with us. We really did not like her attitude towards her customers. And not only that she made a rude comment about Chinese people and...

i came here with my family and might i say that this was the BEST customer service and experience i have had since i came to europe. the woman that left the review about racism was incorrect and sensitive, the owner was not being rude or racist, she was giving a clear distinction between poorly made belts in factories in china and their hand made leather products. other than addressing this unhelpful review it was a great experience watching her adjust the belt entirely to my brothers liking. i hope to come back again with my boyfriend...

Liebe Antonia, liebe Katia, was für ein wundervolles Einkaufserlebnis bei Euch! Vergangenen Montag haben wir 2 Paar wundervolle Sneaker bei Katia gekauft, die uns toll beraten hat. Ein weiteres Paar fiel mir ins Auge, das ich entgegen meiner sonstigen Gewohnheit nicht sofort anprobiert habe... zumal nicht klar war, ob wir es in diesem Urlaub nochmal nach Pisa schaffen... Sehr seltsam... Wahrscheinlich war es eine Fügung des Schicksals ;-) Gestern haben wir Antonia selbst angetroffen und ich habe das Geschäft mit diesen Sneakern an den Füßen verlassen und bin damit gleich stundenlang durch Pisa gelaufen, was ich mich sonst niemals bei neuen Schuhen getraut hätte. Sie sind einfach wunderschön, stylisch und super bequem! Natürlich ist es nicht dabei geblieben... ein weiteres Paar Sneaker, ein unglaublich schöner Rock mit Lederelementen sowie eine Jacke, wollten auch noch mit ;-) Liebe Antonia, vielen lieben Dank für diese ausgefallenen Stücke und Deine tolle Beratung. Man merkt Dir an, dass Du liebst, was Du tust und Du bist unglaublich gut darin. Ich bin Dir und Deiner Mode bereits jetzt hoffnungslos verfallen. Die Qualität ist einzigartig und Deine Philosophie beeindruckend und überzeugend. Leider haben wir Dich beim späteren Abholen der Sachen nicht angetroffen, so dass ich mich nicht noch einmal bedanken konnte... und auch nicht fragen konnte, was der Name AEN69 bedeutet... Sollte mein Weg jemals wieder nach Pisa führen, dann auch zu...
