The most incompetent shop in Rome when it comes to tax free. They use Planet and they don’t even know how to make reimbursement on the card. They make it easy for them, not for the client. Even after a day, they still did not know...

Ich mag die Marke sehr, aber Service ist sogar für die italienische Verhältnisse sehr schlecht. Nachdem ich eine Jacke für 1K gekauft habe, sollten ein paar Sachen geändert werden. Die Jacke sollte dann mir per Post geschickt werden. Nachdem nach eine Woche keine Nachricht und keine Post kam, kontaktierte ich wieder den Boutique. Sie haben es vergessen. Da ich nicht länger warten wollte, bin ich selbst gefahren um sie abzuholen. Sie haben sich entschuldigt und haben mir eine Tüte mit einem Geschenk in die Hand gedrückt. Als ich das ausgepackt habe, stellte ich fest, das war ein Damenparfüm. Gute Marke. Dennoch...
