I came to Rome for a vacation and this particular store was on top of my list of places to shop at because I’ve seen some of their jewelry on social media .The beauty of their jewelry and superb craftsmanship truly amazed me. Wonderfully knowledgeable Massimo and his lovely wife were so kind and helpful. I purchased a pendant as a gift for a friend and my daughter purchased a ring for herself, a beautiful handmade 18K gold, one of a kind ring. The whole experience was amazing, we were treated so nicely, at no point we felt pressured to purchase or felt rushed , they took their time with us, showed us the pieces we were interested in and some that they thought we may like. I loved everything and I’m already planning a trip next year and putting money aside to purchase that Colosseum ring that is so gorgeous in person:) . My rope chain clasp was broken, and being from America, I was hesitant to trust someone I’ve never used before and in a different country. However, Licciardello gioielli not only met, but exceeded my expectations. I walked in with no prior appointment and asked if they could fix the clasp. The goldsmith said yes, brought out a selection of clasps to choose from, then replaced my broken clasp with the one I chose within 5 minutes. I was blown away. Not only did he do a fantastic job but he did so quickly. In the states I have to wait at least a week for this repair to be done, however he did it in 5 minutes and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend a special visit here! Worth a walk and very accessible. We ended a cruise near Rome and had an extra day to wander the city. We hit the typical spots, but I was set to find a jewelry store in search of a bracelet to compliment my silver Cuban link chain. I did a ton of research on places around where we were and couldn't decide on a place that was in our vicinity of wandering. We stumbled upon this shop and I am SO happy I did! I have since forgotten his name, unfortunately, but the gentleman helping me out was incredibly kind, so helpful, and when I asked to match my chain, he had a whole roll of multiple chains ready to go.
