Very rude Japanese shop attendants. They are not there to help customers but to chat and laugh. Maybe the only language that they speak well enough is Japanese and that is why they are so rude...? But they are working in Italy and they “should” speak some decent Italian, shouldn’t they...? More than half of the shop keepers are Japanese and they are just standing there doing absolutely nothing but chatting and laughing. Staring at customers with some very unpleasant look is also something that they are very good at. Il Bisonte seriously needs to spend more time on educating their Japanese as well as some local staff with some good manner. Now I’d rather go else where to buy their products. It is that unplesant how these Japanese staff behave in the shop. Go and experience it yourself and leave the shop with “very unpleasant feeling” even after spending a few hundred euros for the purchase or just do not go to this shop and go somewhere else. I would suggest the latter option to you. There is another “Il Bisonte” shop in Rome or a bigger one...
