When I came to Rome the one thing I wanted to leave with was a Venetian mask and when I found this store I was over-joyed. However when I got there, the person working the store sent us away and said he would be back in an hour. So I waited for over 2 hours but he never returned. The store hours say it’s open till 7:30pm which is obviously a lie so I guess they don’t need the business. I left frustrated and disappointed that I will be leaving Rome without a mask.

I could spend all day in this store! The masks are beautiful and clearly authentic, coming with stamps of authenticity. So many varieties and styles to try on, its hard to pick just one. Just one question, during my travel back to the USA, the mask got cracked, and i was wondering if you do minor repairs? Also, if anyone else is going to travel long distance, i highly recommend getting a box to place it in so you dont experience the heartbreak i did when i noticed the small fracture...

Spent $270 buying 3 total masks! They were very kind and it didn’t feel like a burden to ask them the prices of things and to try on anything. They also understood English well so conversation was much easier. Amazing experience I...
