L'Erbolario — Local services in Rome

I have been to different L’Erbolario stores in different cities in Italy. But the Roma L’Erbolario is the best compared to others. The staffs were very warm and professional to recommend their products! Even though I have some problems with my tax free refund. But the owner Daniele was very helpful and contact me directly and respond very fast for the service recovery. It’s very rare to find an owner that will really care about their customer’s feelings and satisfaction. Thank you Roma L’Erbolario and Daniele!

I visited the L'Erbolario store in Rome looking for lavender-based products for my daughter, as we had heard they can help with migraines. The products we found were excellent and we are very happy with them.

A special mention goes to Mr. Daniele, who was working in the store that day. He was extremely professional, attentive, kind, and very knowledgeable about the products. His patient and caring approach made our experience truly unforgettable—I honestly cannot describe how much he brightened our day.
