I had a wonderful experience at this Elisa! The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and I found the prices to be reasonable. The best part was the incredibly friendly and kind staff. The employee who assisted me was exceptionally welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I had a great time. Their customer service was top-notch, and it's clear that they genuinely care about their customers.

While my visit was fantastic, I did notice one minor issue in the restroom. The toilet seat was missing its plastic seat and cover, which could potentially lead to the spread of bacteria. I hope they can address this for the sake of maintaining cleanliness and customer comfort.

If you are a tourist I wouldn’t visit here. The young man that took our order started to tell us something to save money. The older gentleman behind the register interrupted him and proceeded to not only charge us more in general he either purposefully charged us for a size larger for one of the gelatos or he was too concerned on scamming us that he wasn’t paying attention. I knew what was going on with the overcharging and what he said to the younger guy helping us but we were too tired and hot to deal with it. I didn’t realize about charging us for a larger size until I reviewed the receipt when we sat down. We came with this ice cream shop on the way to the Piazza de España, on the outside it is very beautiful and it caught our attention, when we entered we got ready to order an ice cream, and after waiting more than two minutes to be treated (the employees were more attentive in take pictures) we decided to ask for a cone and an ice cream tub, according to the price chart behind the counter, its price was 3.5 and 4 euros respectively, our surprise when deciding to sit inside the premises the account amounts to 12 euros instead of the 7.5 euros indicated in the price chart, this added to the very bad attention of the employees makes our experience has been very negative, hence we leave this review so that it happens to future tourists who pass by , the ice creams were...
