Got some hand creams and body creams today as a souvenir to bring back to Melbourne.

I didn’t ask for the girl name, she was so helpful, ask me if I need gift box and bags, she probably notice I’m tourist, she then tell me if I spend over 160€ she can do the tax return for me. No one ever ask if I need tax return while shopping in Europe, and most of them won’t mention unless you ask. I’m so happy and thankful that she asked! Even it’s not a big money but the gesture counts. She also gave me quite a bit samples and I’ve tried them just now, straight away fall in love with the skincare! I then check if I can purchase in Australia, found out it’s available in Australia!!

I had the worst experience of shopping today in this store. I bought so many times from other branches of L'Erbolario, but it was the first time I came to the termini branch. I selected the products that have discounts, and as I bought so many things I didn't calculate how much I have to pay and just paid the bill and came home. When I arrived home I understood the staff didn't calculate the discounts on the prices and charged me more money(about 20 euro more than the real price). When I came back and told them, they said I have to buy something else for the money and they would not refund my money at all. Be aware of these cheaters. It is really shameful...
