Went for a quick bite with my boyfriend before catching our train. We should have known better that it wasn't the place for us when an employee ("buttadentro") somewhat pushed us in. We take a seat and order. The waiter couldn't bother memorizing the ingredients of my "centrifugato", so he sends someone else to take the order instead. This other person clearly couldn't bother either. The result: they bring something else altogether (8 euro worth of fruit juice). My boyfriend ordered lasagna. They make us wait and wait until we risk missing our train. All the while, all employees behave like a bunch of drunks, joking and dancing around, making fun of customers and bystanders, being intolerably loud and throwing stuff around. We had to buy afterward something to fill. I ordered lasagne and coffee, but after while waitress came back to say they didn't have any. For meal that costs 11 e including soft drink I expected normal adult portion on plate, not fancy paper cornet with few pieces of vegetable. But I can't say anything bad about staff. I believe the owner maybe will take something to learn and improve from the review, because it can be even the best place to eat at station, it is not so hard to change the things customers complain about, business is about constant improvement and flexibility if want to survive. Hopefully only good reviews from...
Read moreWe tried this place because we saw on the sign that it has gluten free food and we were NOT mislead! They have sandwiches, salads and desserts that are gluten free and some soup too. I tried the salmon salad with avocado and it was such a big portion! The server also asked if I wanted gluten free bread next to the salad, but I refused because I didn’t need it. They give vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to season the salads with. The carbonara pasta was one of the best carbonara I have ever had. We also bought the american style sandwich and it was so huge! It was very tasty too! The cappuccinos are also very good. The servers speak perfect English and they were very nice. I really recommend this place if you want to eat something delicious at Roma...
